The Pantry@Sandbach Hub
The Pantry@Sandbach Hub was set up in October 2022 by the Churches of Sandbach to provide help to those who are struggling most with the cost of food in the Sandbach (CW11 Postcode) and Haslington areas by providing discounted non-perishable food in a friendly and warm environment.
We are open every Thursday between 10am – 3pm and 6pm to 7pm at the Wesley Centre, Wesley Avenue, Sandbach, CW11 1DG.
Membership is by referral only from any of our partners. If you are struggling to get a referral, please contact us at sandbachpantry@gmail.com. The only eligibility is that you live in the Sandbach (CW11 Postcode) or Haslington and are in financial need.
Individuals pay £3.00 per shop and can select £18.00 worth of food and toiletries. Families pay £5.00 per shop and can select £25.00 worth of food and toiletries
Members can choose from the selection of food available, allowing them to select items that they need, like and enjoy.
The pantry is staffed by volunteers from the local Churches and the wider community.

To become a member, please contact one of the following local agencies to request a referral (other local agencies can also refer).

They will email a referral to sandbachpantry@gmail.com and we will contact you to confirm membership.
Donate
Food Donations: Non- perishable food items and toiletries can be donated at the Wesley Centre on any Thursday between 10am-3pm or contact us at sandbachpantry@gmail.com to arrange collection. We are always in need of:
- Pasta and sauces
- Tinned fish and meat
- Tinned vegetables
- Tinned soups and baked beans
- Tinned desserts, including custard and rice pudding
- Cereals
- Drinks (tea/coffee and juice)
- Toilet rolls
- General toiletries
Money Donations: Bank transfers can be made via BACs to The Pantry@Sandbach Hub, Lloyds Bank, Sorting Code 30-99-50, account number 27410768. These details can be used for one off donations or regular giving.
